Instantia develops with the following objectives: to open a surgery center that is well conceived, efficiently designed and ultimately managed by your staff. It is our goal to get you open on schedule and on budget with the appropriate procedures and systems that allow for a smooth transition to your in-house administrative and clinical professionals.

Business Planning
The most important step in the project is the preparation of a business plan that addresses all of the requirements necessary to implement an exceptional surgery center. Instantia's business plan will include the following components:

• Caseload and reimbursement analyses
• Financial projections with risk/return analysis
• Ownership and governance structure
• Location and site analysis
• Facility schematics, specifications and budget
• Capitalization plan
• Equipment specification and budget
• Staffing plan

Project Development
Once your leadership team commits to the Business Plan, our ASC specialists will manage the development of your center through to first patient so you can focus on your practice and your patients' care. Instantia's procedures include the following:

• Ownership syndication
• Financing commitments
• Oversee facility design, engineering and construction
• Staffing and medical staff credentialing
• Service agreements
• Management information systems and business office set-up

Licensure and Accreditation
When your center is complete and ready for first patient you will have a fully operational center with all of the systems, policies and procedures in place to receive your Medicare certificate and qualify for accreditation.
